About Us

Kelly Plumbing & Heating is a small, experienced plumbing company with over 35 years dedicated to homeowners and contractors in St. Paul and surrounding areas.

We are licensed, bonded and insured.

We hold licences in over 20 municipalities in order to serve residential remodeling contractors with plumbing services.

Our plumbing services include all forms of gas and plumbing repair and replacement, estimates for kitchen, bath, and laundry remodels, and service for radiators and hot water boilers.  Please see our Services page for complete information.

Kelly is owned by Phil Skoog, a master plumber himself, who has been with Kelly for 28 years. Kelly is held together by warm and helpful Barb Wandrei, office manager for 12 years.
